Grafix Softech: e-Solutions, e-Commerce, and Interactive Software

After graduating from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, Kohli headed to the U.S to work as a senior applications engineer. It was five years later in 1998, after spotting a gap in the market, that he established his first company. Thanks to Kohli’s business acumen and his ability to choose the right people for the job, Grafix Softech has expanded to diversify its service spec and number of people employed. With offices around the world, the company, which now turns over several hundred million dollars, is one of the most successful high-tech companies in Costa Rica.

The Tej Kohli Foundation: Changing the Future Through Philanthropy

In 2005, following on from the success of Grafix Softech, Kohli established his second venture, the non-profit Tej Kohli Foundation. Among other worthy endeavors, this entirely self-funded organization works to improve the outcome for disadvantaged children in Costa Rica and to restore sight to the millions of people affected by corneal blindness in India. By funding education programs and empowering girls and women, particularly those from rural communities, the foundation has been able to work with grassroots organizations to make sizeable differences to the lives of those in need.

Ozone Real Estate Group: Uncompromising Quality in UAE

Kohli established his third venture, the Ozone Real Estate Group, in 2008. The company partners with private clients and investors to develop properties in the United Arab Emirates. A respected name in the industry, the company focuses its efforts on developing structures that comply with, and surpass, standards in business and technology. Waterfront tower housing and commercial properties including the A1 Business Tower, Hydra Holiday, and Tameer Towers are among the company’s impressive portfolio.
