5 Tips to increase Blog comments

Bloggers spend many hours writing content for there posts every day. However many blogs are not receiving the comments and discussion that they deserve. This is because most visitors will not naturally leave a comment on a post that they have enjoyed reading. This is why you need to try and use methods to increase comments on all of your posts.

In this post i will talk about some of the best and most easiest ways to encourage users to comment on you blog.

Include Questions

Including questions in your posts is an easy and effective way to increase comments on your posts. You can end your post with a comment at the end. However you can also title the post with a comment. This will soon start to increase comments from people who want to share there responses to your questions.

Discuss Comments

When a visitor leaves a comment on your  blog try to reply to them and discuss the comments if you can. This can be hard with a bigger blog that has lots of traffic but in the early days of your blog this is easier and a great way to increase comments. This shows visitors that you appreciate there comments and that they are being noticed.

Reward Comments

Rewarding visitors for comments that they leave is a great way to repay them for leaving comments and can seriously increase the amount of comments that you get. Try to thing of different ways of rewarding visitors for commenting weather that is anything from giving them a mention or naming your top comments.

Make Commenting Simple

Visitors to your site are not going to comments on your posts if it if virtually impossible for them to leave one. Having to create an account just to leave a comment means that visitors proberly will not bother commenting. You need to make it as easy as possible to comment without attracting spam comments.

Mention your own knowledge

Visitors like reading posts from bloggers that mention there own knowledge and things that they have done wrong and this make the blogger seem more human. By doing this visitors will also discuss there knowledge and experience in the comments section as discussing your own will make them feel like they can do the same.
