How to Figure Out If You’re a Workaholic
It’s hard to believe, but being in the workplace, not everyone dreams of ending the working day as soon as possible and running out of the office. Someone, even after the office is almost empty, remains at the workplace – and not in order to have a pizza party in the circle of colleagues who are not in a hurry to go home, but in order to continue to work.
As a rule, such people have the conviction that real pleasure can only be felt at work, everything else is just a surrogate. These are real workaholics. And if you are also not averse to spending an hour or two outside of working time surrounded by reports and work assignments, then this already smacks of workaholism. We suggest figuring out whether this “disease” threatens you, and how to find its “symptoms” in yourself.
